UPDATE ON ITworkup RELAUNCH
We would like to inform all stakeholders that Edvinas Aksomaitis, the former owner of ITworkup, is currently under investigation and facing criminal proceedings initiated by the Hawks in relation to alleged fraudulent activities.
Despite these developments, we are preparing to relaunch ITworkup and will be resuming operations in the near future.
If you have any questions regarding the case, or if you possess any information that may assist in the investigation, please contact Chanel Appelo directly at 011-541 9915 or email support@itworkup.co.za. We will continue to share updates regarding the case and notify the public of any prosecutions—whether in Lithuania or South Africa—pertaining to Edvinas Aksomaitis.
We are aware of efforts allegedly led by Edvinas Aksomaitis to solicit negative reviews against CSSI South Africa, a company that is in no way affiliated with the current operations of ITworkup. Such actions are defamatory, and any false or malicious commentary intended to damage CSSI South Africa’s reputation may be submitted as evidence in the ongoing legal proceedings.
It is deeply regrettable that certain individuals have resorted to unethical tactics, such as offering incentives to customers in exchange for posting negative publicity about CSSI South Africa. We consider this a serious matter and have referred all relevant information to our legal team.
Below is an example of an email

Subject: Leave a Negative Review and Choose
a Free Gift – Webcam, USB-C Hub, or Mousepad
Greetings,
We know this request may sound a little unusual, but we are reaching out to you for support.
Earlier this year, CSSi South Africa Pty Ltd suddenly and without any explanation took down the domain ITworkup.co.za, through which you – and many others – previously made purchases. Their actions have caused major disruptions to our business and left thousands of customers unable to reach us or access warranty services. They viewed us as a significant threat to their business, as we were offering the same products—HDDs, SSDs, servers, laptops, and other electronics.
This was not just a technical incident – it was a direct attack on a growing company they saw as competition. Despite the damage done, they are now actively targeting our existing clients, and we feel it’s time to take a stand.
We still have stock available and we’d like to offer you a thank-you gift if you’re willing to help us by sharing a negative review on one (or more) of the following pages:

https://www.hellopeter.com/computer-storage-services-cssi
In your review, you can simply mention that you were a customer of ITworkup and can no longer access their website, that you are unable to submit a product for warranty, or any other negative experience you’ve had related to this situation or person.
Once you've posted the review, send us a screenshot and your preferred shipping address, and we will send you one of the following free gifts of your choice – shipping is 100% on us:
Available Gifts:
Trust Spotlight Pro Webcam – Black
Built-in microphone, integrated LED lights.
Halyx USB-C to 4-Port USB-A 3.2 Aluminium Hub – Grey
A sleek, fast solution for your USB needs.
Innovation IT Mouse Pad – 90cm x 40cm
Extra-large black mousepad with a soft surface.
Stock remaining: 11 pcs
This is, unfortunately, the only path we have left to protect what we built, and we appreciate your understanding and support more than you know.
There is no deadline for this offer – whenever you’re ready, we’ll be here, and there’s still plenty of stock available.
Thank you again, and we look forward to your response with a screenshot and your gift selection.
Warm regards
