The InLine® cable connector empty housing for RJ45 Keystone modules was developed for the protected use of network connections in demanding installation environments. With protection class IP68, the housing offers reliable protection against dust and moisture and is suitable for installations in industrial environments and in non-air-conditioned areas.
The housing is designed to accommodate Keystone modules and supports various designs such as RJ45 Keystone sockets, 90° or 180° modules, Keystone couplings and fibre optic Keystone modules. This keeps the installation flexible and modularly expandable.
Two enclosed silicone sealing systems enable secure sealing of different cable diameters. Seal 1 covers cables from 3 to 8.0 mm, seal 2 is suitable for cables from 1.5 to 4.0 mm. The M23x2 thread ensures a stable and tight screw connection.
