All the information, tools and services available that is offered to “you” , “buyer”, “customer” on condition of your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Orders and Payments

When you place an order for our products, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Product prices are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed on our website at the time of the order will be considered the final price.

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment processing is conducted by trusted third-party providers.

 

Returns

 

Returns for unwanted products must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not missing any accessories or parts. If your product is defective or not working properly, return your item within 7 calendar days for a full refund. Shipping to send items back is at the buyers cost except in the case of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product. To begin the return process, please email [email protected] to register and receive further instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returning products without authorization may result in rejection and return to sender.

 

Cancelation

 

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase, you must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. 

In instances where customers cancel agreements for a product which has been personalized or made to customer’s specifications (for example, custom-built PC) request a refund, cancellation charges will apply.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. In order to make a refund, you'll need to provide your full banking details. Please keep in mind that the refund may take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you find a product is damaged on receipt, do not open or use the product. 

 

Warranty

 

ITworkup offers a 2-year limited warranty on all of our products (unless a consumer has selected an extended warranty), from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a detailed description of the issue if you experience any problems with your product during the warranty period.

We will evaluate your warranty claim and, if approved, will either repair, replace or refund the defective product. This is dependent on product and part availability.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, ITworkup is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of using our products.
