It is a party card game designed for adults. It combines philosophical musings with bloody butchery and forces participants to make morally difficult decisions. Each player in turn takes on the role of Charles the Railwayman, whose train has spun out of control and is approaching a fork. On the tracks on either side are both noble and vile characters.
