PoE budget The DGS-1100 switch family includes switches with a large PoE power budget for easy installation of IP phones, wireless access points and IP cameras. Easy troubleshooting With loop detection and cable connection diagnostics, the DGS-1100 switch family effectively supports administrators in troubleshooting network problems. The loop detection function detects the formation of a loop on a port and automatically closes it. Cable connection diagnostics, on the other hand, allows the quality of copper cables to be tested, the type of cables to be recognised and errors to be detected. Energy saving D-Link Green technology enables the DGS-1100 Smart series to save power without sacrifices.
