Paper in our range covers photo paper in sheet packs, label rolls and tapes for label printers, and other printer media. It suits home users printing photos, offices that label parcels and files, and anyone matching media to a specific printer. Leading brands include DYMO, COLORWAY, EPSON and CANON.
How to choose paper for your printer
Printer type. Inkjet photo paper, thermal labels and label tapes are not interchangeable. Check whether your device is an inkjet, a laser or a dedicated label printer, then pick media made for that technology. Label printers in particular often need rolls or cassettes in a specific size.
Weight. Heavier paper feels more like a lab print and resists curling. In our range, photo paper weights run from around 170 g/m² to 300 g/m², and 260 g/m² appears most often. Around 200 g/m² is a sensible step up from office paper, while 250 g/m² and above suits prints you want to frame or hand out.
Finish. Gloss gives vivid colours and deep blacks but shows fingerprints and reflections. Matte and semi-gloss reduce glare and suit portraits, documents with photos and pictures under glass. Our range includes gloss, high-gloss, semi-gloss and matte options.
Pack size. Small packs of 5 or 20 sheets are enough for occasional prints and for testing a paper with your printer. Packs of 50 or 100 sheets cost less per print if you print regularly, and some listings go up to 500 sheets.
Label size and quantity. For labels, check the width and length against your printer's specification and count the labels per roll. A roll that fits but runs out quickly can cost more over time than a larger one.

Frequently asked questions about printer paper
What weight of photo paper should I buy?
For everyday photo prints, 200 g/m² to 260 g/m² is a good range. Thinner paper can feel flimsy and curl after printing with heavy ink coverage. Weights around 255 g/m² to 300 g/m² give a thicker, more professional feel for framed pictures.
Is gloss or matte photo paper better?
Gloss is better for bright, high-contrast images, while matte is better for portraits and prints that will be viewed under direct light. Gloss reflects more light and marks easily. Matte and semi-gloss hide fingerprints and are easier to view from any angle.
Can I use any labels in my label printer?
No, labels need to match your printer's technology and size. Most label printers accept only specific rolls or cassettes, and thermal printers need thermal media. Check your printer's manual or model name before ordering, and compare the label width and length.
How many sheets are in a pack of photo paper?
It varies by product. In our range, pack sizes include 5, 20, 50, 80 and 100 sheets, and some reach 500. The sheet count is listed on each product page, so you can compare packs and decide whether a small trial pack or a larger one suits your printing habits.
