Cases and covers for mobile devices and gadgets, including e-reader and tablet covers, sleeves and bags for tablets and laptops, and protective cases for smaller electronics. Brands in our range include ONYX, Xiaomi, RIVACASE and TYPECASE.
The category mixes accessories for several device types, so the compatible model matters more than the brand name.
How to choose cases and covers
Compatibility. Check the exact device model, not just the screen size. Two tablets or e-readers with the same diagonal can differ in button placement, camera position and thickness, and a cover cut for one may block the controls on the other.
Type of protection. A fitted cover that clips or snaps onto the device protects against scratches and knocks while it is in use. A sleeve or bag protects it only in transit, so it suits you if you carry the device between home, office and school and want to keep the device itself uncovered.
Screen and stand features. Many e-reader and tablet covers fold into a stand or wake the screen when opened. These are useful for reading or video, but they add thickness and weight. If you hold the device one-handed for long periods, a slimmer cover may be more comfortable.
Size, padding and material. Padded sleeves absorb impact better in a rucksack, while thin fabric or synthetic leather covers add little bulk. If you also carry a charger, a stylus or cables, look for an extra pocket, as many bags and sleeves include one.

Frequently asked questions about cases and covers
How do I know whether a case will fit my device?
Match the case to the exact model name or model number of your device, which is usually printed on the back or listed in the settings menu. Screen size alone is not enough, because cut-outs for cameras, buttons and ports differ between models. A universal sleeve is the exception, as it only needs to be slightly larger than the device.
Is a sleeve enough, or do I need a fitted cover?
A sleeve is enough if the device is only at risk while you carry it. It protects against scratches and light bumps in a bag but does nothing once you take the device out. If you use the device on the move, on a sofa or on a desk with children around, a fitted cover gives protection during use as well.
Do e-reader covers affect battery life or performance?
A cover does not change performance, but covers with a magnetic sleep and wake function can switch the screen off when closed, which saves some battery. The cover itself is passive and has no effect on how the device runs. Only the added weight and thickness are noticeable in daily use.
Can I use a tablet case for a different tablet of the same size?
Only if the dimensions, camera position and button layout match closely. A case made for one model can leave a different tablet loose or cover its buttons and speakers. If you are unsure, check the stated compatible models before ordering rather than relying on screen size.
