Gaming chairs in our range are ergonomic desk chairs built for long sessions at a PC or console, with over 120 models to choose from. Most are high-back, racing-style seats with adjustable armrests and a reclining backrest. Leading brands include noblechairs, Subsonic, Huzaro, White Shark and Nitro Concepts.
How to choose a gaming chair
Size and fit. Check the seat width and backrest height against your own height and weight, because a chair that is too small or too large will never feel supportive. Many brands sell the same design in more than one size, so look for a size guide on the product page.
Upholstery. Fabric stays cooler and breathes better during long sessions, while PU leather is easier to wipe clean and has a smoother look. Genuine leather is rarer and is usually found on higher-end models. If your room gets warm, fabric is usually the more comfortable choice.
Adjustability. Height-adjustable armrests, a tilting and reclining backrest and a smooth gas lift matter more than styling. Look for armrests that move in several directions (often described as 3D or 4D), as they let you keep your forearms level with the desk.
Back and neck support. Most gaming chairs come with a removable neck cushion and a lumbar cushion, and some have built-in lumbar adjustment instead. A cushion is only helpful if you can position it where your back actually curves, so check how far it can be moved.
Frame and base. A steel frame and a metal base are generally sturdier than plastic, and a higher stated weight limit usually points to a more robust build. Castors suited to your floor type also make a difference, especially on wood or laminate.

Gaming chairs: frequently asked questions
Are gaming chairs good for your back?
A well-fitted gaming chair can support your back during long sessions, but only if it is adjusted properly. The lumbar cushion should sit in the curve of your lower back, and your feet should rest flat on the floor. Taking regular breaks to stand and stretch matters as much as the chair itself.
Is fabric or PU leather better for a gaming chair?
Fabric is better if you want a cooler, more breathable seat, while PU leather suits you if you prefer a surface that wipes clean easily. Fabric can hold dust and spills more readily, and PU leather can feel warm in summer. Your room temperature and how often you sit for hours should decide it.
What size gaming chair do I need?
Choose the size by your height and weight, using the manufacturer's size guide where one is given. The backrest should reach your shoulders, and the seat should leave a small gap behind your knees. Taller or heavier users should look at larger sizes and check the stated weight limit.
Can I use a gaming chair as an office chair?
Yes, a gaming chair works well as an office chair when it is adjustable and fits you properly. Look for a smooth height adjustment, supportive armrests and castors that suit your floor. The racing-style look is more sporty than most office seating, which is the main difference.
