Thanks to the 8 integrated TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) protection diodes, this device provides effective protection against overload current pulses. The RJ45 adapter reacts to overvoltages from 53-59 V and reliably protects against damage with a maximum pulse current of 5.2 A. This makes it ideal for sensitive network applications.
