04 Returns
7-day window
Returns for unwanted products must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it — including original packaging, with no missing accessories or parts.
If your product is defective or not working properly, return it within 7 calendar days for a full refund. Shipping costs to send items back are for the buyer's account, except where the product is faulty or was incorrectly supplied.
To begin the return process, email info@itworkup.co.za to register and receive further instructions on where and how to send your package. Returning products without authorization may result in the return being rejected and sent back to you.
05 Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your purchase for any reason, you must advise us in writing of the cancellation, and the cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.
Where a customer cancels an agreement for a product that has been personalized or made to their own specifications (for example, a custom-built PC) and requests a refund, cancellation charges will apply.
06 Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. To process a refund, you'll need to provide your full banking details.
Please note the refund may take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
07 Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a product is damaged on receipt, do not open or use the product before contacting us.
08 Warranty
1-year limited warranty

If you experience any problems with your product during the warranty period, contact our customer service team at info@itworkup.co.za with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
