01 Stock availability
On each product page, products are grouped into three categories according to their availability:
Backordered goodsIn Stock at Warehouse
These items are in stock at our warehouses. Orders for these items are dispatched directly, or if you order multiple products, we consolidate your order and dispatch it all at once.
In local StockIn Stock at ITWorkup
These items are confirmed in our local sorting warehouse. Same-day collections are available (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order spans different warehouses, we consolidate and ship it all at once.
Out of stockSold Out
Should you require one of these items, please contact our sales team, who will gladly assist you with an ETA or alternative option.
02 Collection from ITWorkup
Collection time depends on which warehouse your order arrives from. Once your goods arrive at our dispatch centre, collection is available within 1 to 2 business days from our store.

Once you receive an email confirming your order is ready for collection, you must present your order number and the document specified in that email. Please wait for that confirmation email before coming to collect — and if you're sending your own courier, make sure they present the correct reference when collecting your order.
03 Shipping cost
ITWorkup charges a fixed delivery fee based on your delivery address, calculated at checkout.
To avoid delays in collecting your order, please use the immediate payment option provided by your bank.

05 General delivery information
- Our service includes door-to-door delivery. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
- Deliveries are made between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Our couriers cannot give exact delivery times, but will deliver within that 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday window.
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to accept the order — otherwise the goods will be returned.
- Orders are processed from the date payment is received and reflects in our bank account, not the date the order was placed. We do not release stock until payment is received. For urgent orders, use the "Instant EFT" option and email your bank confirmation to info@itworkup.co.za as proof of payment.
- For Payment on Collection or Payment on Delivery (COD), no upfront payment is required for orders up to R999 (incl. VAT).
- A deposit of R500 is required for orders exceeding R1,000 (incl. VAT) when using Payment on Collection or COD.
06 International orders
South Africa only
We do not deliver outside the borders of South Africa. However, you may arrange for a courier service to collect from us once an arrangement has been made.
ITWorkup (Pty) Ltd is not a registered exporter and therefore does not deliver goods outside the borders of South Africa. All invoices carry a charge of 15% VAT.
