Hot-swappable switches and build. Hot-swap sockets let you change switches without soldering, which is useful if you are unsure which type you prefer. A metal frame adds weight and stability, while PBT keycaps usually resist shine better than ABS ones.

Yes, if you type for several hours a day. Mechanical switches give clear feedback, so many people find typing more comfortable and accurate. Choose tactile or linear switches if colleagues sit nearby, because clicky ones are noticeably louder.
Which mechanical switch is best for typing?
Tactile switches, often sold as brown, are the usual choice for typing. The bump tells you when a key has registered without needing a hard press. Linear switches (red) feel smoother but give less feedback, and clicky switches (blue) are loud.
What does hot-swappable mean on a mechanical keyboard?
Hot-swappable means you can pull out the switches and push in different ones without soldering. It lets you try other switch types later or replace a faulty switch on its own. Check that the sockets suit the switch type you want, as not all are compatible.
Can I use a wireless mechanical keyboard with a Mac or tablet?
