15-inch business laptops are work notebooks for office staff, remote teams and small companies that want a full-size screen and keyboard. Our range has over 50 models, mostly standard laptops from Lenovo, ASUS, Dell and Acer, with HP also available.
How to choose a 15-inch business laptop
Processor. Office software, web apps and video calls run comfortably on an Intel Core i3, Intel Core 5 or AMD Ryzen 5. Step up to an Intel Core i7 or Intel Core Ultra 7 if you handle large spreadsheets, virtual machines or constant multitasking. Core Ultra chips also include a neural processing unit for AI features in newer software.
Storage. Our range includes SSDs of 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB, and many use the faster PCI Express 4.0 interface. 256 GB is enough if your files live in cloud storage, 512 GB is a safer starting point for local documents and applications, and 1 TB suits large project folders or media.
Screen. IPS panels give wide viewing angles and steady colour, which makes them the sensible default for daily work. OLED panels, available in some models, offer deeper blacks and richer colour for presentations and design work. TN panels have narrower viewing angles, so check them in person if you can, and look for at least Full HD resolution.
Battery. Capacities in our range run from roughly 38 Wh to 88 Wh. A larger battery generally means longer time away from a socket, although the screen and processor affect the result. If you travel between sites every day, look at the upper end of that range.
Operating system. Most laptops with a listed system come with Windows 11 Pro, which adds disk encryption with BitLocker and the ability to join a company domain. Some models ship with no operating system, which suits businesses that install their own image. Windows 11 Home lacks several management features, so it is less suited to company-managed devices.

15-inch business laptop FAQ
Is a 15-inch laptop too big for travelling?
A 15-inch laptop is portable enough for regular commuting, but it is heavier than a 13 or 14-inch model. Most weigh somewhere around 1.5 to 2 kg. If you carry it daily, choose a lighter model and a larger battery.
How much RAM and storage does a business laptop need?
16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD suit most office users. 8 GB can work for basic tasks, but it limits multitasking and browser-heavy work. Our range includes 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB drives, so you can match capacity to how many files you keep locally.
Should I buy Windows 11 Pro or Home?
Windows 11 Pro is the better choice for business use. It includes BitLocker encryption, domain join and remote management tools that Windows 11 Home does not offer. Some laptops in our range are supplied without an operating system, which is useful if your company installs its own image.
What is the difference between IPS and OLED screens?
IPS screens are bright, consistent and well suited to long days of document work. OLED screens produce deeper blacks and stronger colour contrast, which helps with presentations, photos and video. OLED can be more demanding on battery life, so check the battery capacity before you buy.
