CPU AND MEMORY OVERCLOCKING READY

For AMD TR5 series workstations and high-end desktop (HEDT) models, AMD offers CPU and DRAM overclocking options. To fully leverage the performance of these processors, ASUS has incorporated an innovative dual PSU design on the Pro WS TRX50-SAGE WIFI motherboard. Along with robust power delivery and advanced cooling modules, this board exhibits remarkable stability during overclocking. Hardware switches and optimized BIOS options on the motherboard provide overclocking enthusiasts with greater convenience when pushing their systems to the limit. You may further boost your memory performance by enabling EXPO settings. The comprehensive synergy of EXPO and ECC R-DIMM further combines exceptional performance with outstanding stability, setting a new standard for workstation and high-end desktop computing.

ProCool II Connectors

ProCool II connectors ensure a snug and reliable connection to the 12V CPU input. This second generation features improved heat dissipation and a metal shroud.

Onboard PCIe Power Connectors

An 8-pin and 6-pin PCIe cable connector built into the motherboard can ensure power output stability when multiple graphic cards need to be installed.

ECC R-DIMM Memory Support

The Pro WS TRX50-SAGE WIFI motherboard boasts a robust design featuring four R-DIMM DDR5 memory module slots with ECC support, a feature that improves the prevention of system crashes and data corruption, thereby ensuring that a workstation remains reliable and responsive for professional demands.

ULTRAFAST CONNECTIVITY
Multi-GPU Support
The Pro WS TRX50-SAGE WIFI motherboard features several PCIe® 5.0/4.0 x16 slots that provide flexible system configurability and expandability. With high-powered graphics cards, it can bring enhanced performance in modelling, simulation and rendering applications
Dual transceivers support the 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz bands to enable faster throughput to improve signal quality and cover greater distances. With Q-Antenna, attaching a WiFi antenna to your PC is now easy and fast. Instead of slowly rotating two fasteners until they finally lock in, they just snap into place. Less hassle, and more consistent performance.

WiFi 7

Next-gen WiFi 71 include the 6 GHz band and 4096 QAM, delivering up to 2.8X ultra-fast WiFi speeds. The revolutionary Multi-Link Operation (MLO)2 provides a more stable WiFi connection and lower latency, unlocking the realms of the unknown in gaming, streaming, and industrial IoT.

Marvell® AQtion 10 Gbp Ethernet

With up to 10 times the bandwidth of standard gigabit Ethernet, streaming uncompressed 4K UHD videos, performing system backups and transferring large files is now faster than ever before.
Using a golden light, mark the location of the 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port on the back I/O.

Intel® 2.5 Gb Ethernet

Provides up to 2.5 faster transfers versus standard 1 Gb Ethernet connections for faster downloads and smoother high-res video streaming.

Embrace Next-Generation USB4®

Faster than ever and future-proof; once connected to this motherboard’s onboard USB4 header, the USB4 expansion card will enable bi-directional speeds of up to 40 Gbps and provide ample power to fast-charge devices.

M.2 PCIe 5.0/4.0 slots

The Pro WS TRX50-SAGE WIFI motherboard also offers three M.2 slots—two PCIe 5.0 and one PCIe 4.0—to enhance storage flexibility and performance. This configuration is ideal for creators who work with massive video files, as it supports RAID configurations across multiple NVMe devices to achieve massive I/O bandwidth and to ensure seamless playback in editing bays.

SlimSAS slot

The Pro WS TRX50-SAGE WIFI motherboard also features a SlimSAS port for connecting industrial SSD drives, servers and networking equipment.

Server-grade Remote Management
ASUS IPMI Expansion Card
The Pro WS TRX50-SAGE WIFI is compatible with ASUS IPMI Expansion card featuring a dedicated Ethernet-to-BMC chip that provides the intelligence for its IPMI architecture. Administrators can remotely communicate with the BMC to take some corrective actions — such as firmware update or power cycling a system.

ASUS Control Center Express

The Pro WS TRX50-SAGE WIFI comes with ASUS Control Center Express - a real-time IT monitoring and management software designed for business that improves productivity and enhances security, helping prevent unauthorized access and data leaks.

M.2 Cooling

All three M.2 slots come with large heatsinks to keep NVMe storage at the optimal operating temperature for consistent performance and reliability. M.2 thermal pads on select slots go even further to ensure peak performance from next-gen drives.

EZ DIY Design
SafeSlot & SafeDIMM
PCIe 5.0 is 2x faster than PCIe 4.0, so ASUS adapted its SMT manufacturing process to ensure the highest data speeds for its SafeSlot design. SafeSlot is a reinforced metal sheath added to a PCIe slot to keep an expansion card firmly installed. Meanwhile, strong ASUS SafeDIMM sheathes support and protect memory modules on ASUS Pro series workstation motherboards, empowering users to insert modules with speed, accuracy and confidence.

Q-Latch

The innovative Q-Latch makes it easy to install or remove an M.2 SSD without the need for specific tools. This design employs a simple locking mechanism to secure the drive and neatly eliminate traditional screws.

24/7 Reliability
Built for around-the-clock operation
Optimized for 24/7 operation, the Pro WS TRX50-SAGE WIFI motherboard is tested to work at up to 45°C and 80% humidity, ensuring it can handle diverse operating environments.
